This is a book from 2000, but I just found it & really enjoyed it. Its the story of a teenager named Tamara whose family moves every year & she just wants to stay someplace & live a normal life. Interesting family & situations. Set in the 1950’s with air raids at school, TB, & life before all our current electronics.
