The second in Stieg Larsson’s Millennium trilogy and my favorite (so far). The story picks up with ‘punk hacker savant’ Lisbeth Salander being the prime suspect in the brutal murders of two journalists that were investigating a sex trafficking scandal. Salander, intent on clearing her name, must go underground to elude detection by the police and also the real murderers who set her up.
